I enjoy the process of understanding people and their behaviours. It helps me design solutions that meet their needs with simplicity and integrity.

I believe in participatory design in a cross-functional agile team. Design is an iterative journey of prototyping, testing, analysing, and refining the product, process and solution. I have done works in fintech, automotive, social entrepreneurship, telco and legal sectors for start-ups, SMEs, and big multinationals in Europe, United States of America and Asia.
